Some of you remember back in January we hosted a Fight for the Cure Cancer auction for Team Tiffany.  We auctioned off two Gennakers with 100% going towards this young woman’s fight against cancer.

This is short notice, but we would like to introduce you to the “Jump for the Cure” for Team Tiffany and Team Liza.  Together they have been fighting stage 4 cancer in their late 20′s and early 30′s and Tiffany is married with 2 young kids.  The ‘Give Forward’ program is meant to raise the funds needed for the immense amount of medical bills that occur including flights to cancer treatment center MD in Texas.

With a portion of the proceeds, the two will jump from a plane.  An opportunity that most of us have never had but just another ambition for the two teams to share and stare fear in the face, much like they do every day with stage 4.

Now with all this… Just two weeks ago, Liza (of Team Liza) passed away from her cancer. Unable to make the jump, her sister will be jumping in her place in memory of her dear sister.

Also, with medical concerns on touchdown and the possibility of injury, Tiffany’s doctors have urged her also not to jump.

So, in her place, she has chosen our VP, Christina Stolaas, to jump on her behalf. The JUMP will be September 15th, just a few days away!

There will be news coverage of the event and we urge each and every one of you, if you feel moved to help and “Give Forward”, to show Team Tiffany you care and show your support.  No donation is too small and they will be thrilled if you would help support the cause if you are able to give! Even $5 is a blessing.
